Head of Business Development (Job code: ePay – 003)
Job Description:
- Continually developing NIFT brand and building increasing awareness in the market place.
- Hire sales and service personnel to expand the team across the region in line with business strategy.
- Overall responsibility is to increase revenues, profitability and growth for existing and new product suites offered by NIFT.
- Deliver an exceptional service to existing clients whilst identifying new clients with a "hunter sales" mentality.
- Lead the end-to-end business development processes, including prospecting, new signings, contract negotiations and partner on boarding by collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Program Management, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
- Generating new leads of potential customers and analysing and anticipating market trend growths.
- Collaborate Fin-Techs & new initiatives to introduce new business parameters for industry.
- Handling Sales for the Cheque truncation project. (Partial Solution offering for On Us Cheque Clearing system for Banks).
- Looking after the project sales for the Digital archiving, Scanning, & warehousing Services.
- Collaborating with both National & International Vendors for any upcoming projects that could add incremental revenue line for NIFT.
- Signing up Banks, corporate companies, e-commerce business for the Local Payment Gateway (E-Pay) to be launched by NIFT under License from SBP.
- Responsible for selling the Hardware solution to banks and other corporate entities related to truncation, image based clearing services & Secure Printing Services.
Job Specification:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration
- 10 years working experience 5 years in a similar field
